A. Kart must be sent to repair center. Call the nearest repair site in either California or Illinois to get a RA tracking number (Joliet only) and an approximate repair cost. Tell the telemarketer what is wrong with your cart. Be sure you know the model of the cart before you call. The model number is written on a sticker to be found on one of the upright rods of your cart. (When the cart will not close, an aluminum rod is usually bent and must be replaced.) Bent rods are not covered by warranty. The aluminum rods cannot be straightened. New ones must replace the bent ones. Ship the cart to the repair site with your return address and the RA number (Joliet only) attached. This procedure usually takes a total of 5 business days to ship the cart to the repair site, 1 day to repair it and 5 business days to ship it back. If further work needs to be done to repair the cart, a telemarketer will call you to tell you and to give you the approximate cost to fix it.
